Procedure for registering the key is in the service manual?

Sorry if I missed it but what resources did you use to get this sorted?. My lock is getting sticky and I'm finding I have to wiggle the key about just to turn it.

Any Any issues or snags for us to look out for? Stuck headers needing a bit of persuasion etc? I dont want to be left without a bike to long so hoping I can get it sorted in the same day

Yea looks like the rubber protectors from the fuel tank like brammers said. Have a looked were the other one is on the other side of the fuel tank

Pretty sure the service manual should have this info. You will be paying someone to torque it to whatever they feel like. I had a mechanic leaving a lose headstock nut on my last bike. I wondered why it was loose feeling on the front end going over bumps... I double check all work on the bike since.

When i started pushing the bike on a bit I found dragging the rear brake a bit does offer stability in certain circumstances. I'm no expert all all I just go on feel so I could be completely wrong. Pretty sure racers do use it as we see them nearly drifting around corners?

Does your tracker measure the voltage on the battery? What's it saying it's at now? I can set an alert on mine if it goes to 12.4v

I have some vfr/ fireblade mirrors. I like them. I think they are the old shape ones from 2010 there abouts, they do the job well bit more viby than the OEMs at certain revs. I thought the original mirrors were quite good actually.

These bikes are made to restricted it's why you wont see them over 100BHP. If you want something more your are gonna need to cough up! It's a shame there is a lack of new 600cc bike. I know honda and kawasaki have theirs but I dont see these being made in big numbers.

In my market the bike dident come with DRL's in the indicators. when adding my own aftermarket solution I opted to create my own DRL circuit using a spare channel on a PDM. I think the only option I had other than that was to tap into an existing circuit in the loom which I was not to fond of...

Are you now saying the drl function no longer works with your OEM's now? sorry I re read the message a few times and im not following. Have you a link to the electronic installation manual?
