All 650Rs Side stand lean angle with time

It's straight. I remember when I brought it home and parked it side by side with my R3. The R3 looked like it was going to fall down. Maybe it's a case of not having a frame of reference.

All 650Rs Side stand lean angle with time

I'm not sure if I've been mistaken but my CBR seems to be leaning more on it's side stand as compared to when I first got it. Anyone notice the same thing?

You are probably right. We don't really know unless we do an A/B dyno run.

This is true for peak horse power but not true for torque curve. Longer intake runners make for earlier peaked torque (at a trade off of high RPM torque production) and vice-versa.

Gear What gear are you currently using?

It's been great. But it being my first helmet - can't say I have any other frame of reference. It was a bit narrow on the side causing pressure points to my temporalis after roughly 1 hour of wearing. It's great now after a minor persuasion to the EPS with the back of a spoon and removal of ear...

    All 650Rs Fuel consumption inaccuracy

I’ve also noticed this today. Fill it up to the rim (every time) and calculated the fuel consumption to be 4.7L/100km. The trip meter reports 5.5L/100km.

All 650Rs Front brake light switch come on late

I would approximate the travel to be a good 2-3cm prior to the click can be heard. The plastic stem that's engaging the switch is free moving. I'm not too worried since the brake itself is working fine - at least the rear brake can be set up to engage brake light early to warn car behind me when...

All 650Rs Front brake light switch come on late

It’s stock everything. The service manual says that the front brake assembly light switch is non adjustable and the whole she bang must be replaced if the light switch is not properly synced. That seems a bit silly to me.

All 650Rs Front brake light switch come on late

Hi everyone a quick question, hoping someone could chime in. My CBR650R's front brake light switch comes on fairly late in the lever travel. The front brake calipers actually engage and are able to stop the bike from being pushed by hand before the click comes on. My previous bike has the...
