    CB650F Stock bike, Power Commander

That dip you re saying at 6k rpm it looks like a little hick up when accelerating right? Mine always did that since the beginning, never bothered that much with that, besides it does only when the bike it's still cold. After block the pair valve I did notice that dip is almost not present by now.

    All 650's PAIR Valve Removal

BTW, the issue with the bung getting loose inside the airbox and possibly enter the throttle body, it's quite difficult because there is a flange on airbox cover that presses the rubber bung into the hole. Thanks everyone for all the help.

    All 650's PAIR Valve Removal

So... blocked the air flow to the pair valves in the correct hole right now 😁. After a short ride, can say that it sounds better, the stutter is way lesser than before. It's still there but I think it's the nature of this BS throttle. Also the rumble at low rpm is more subtle than before and...

    All 650's PAIR Valve Removal

Just pretty scared that anything enters the throttle body, that will be the end of the story.. . I pretend to check the effects of the pair valve blocked first, and if it is OK I will plug it from below the air box or even ask the mechanic to take everything.

Regarding the plug of the pair valve... Is there any issue of blocking the hole from the inside of the airbox with some sort of plug? Can that plug be sucked into the airbox and then enter the throttle body?

Sorry for last post, I think I understand now, the air comes, passes the filter and goes through that green hole to the valves, entering further in the system..

So the air that arrives from that "green" hole, goes directly from the outside to the engine? It's not filtered by the air filter?

Damn, I thought it were there... But it seems they have connection to a underneath channel below. So it's the green one? What is the blue one? Some kind of drain for that oily residue? But aren't they outside the airbox chamber?

Beware that Brammers completely remove that, and that for sure it will give a light if you don't relay the conector. The question is just plug the hose, it will give a light in post 2017 models?

    All 650Rs CBR650R & CB650R Exhausts

I don't know because I thought the pair valves were opened with no throttle, not regarding the rpm. But when deceling, without throttle, it does not rumble until reaching like 3000 rpm. After that I starts doing that rumble. Also when deceling, if gently throttle in a way that it keeps deceling...

I thought the pair valves were opened at no throttle, no matter the rpm you are. But from idle like to 2500 I don't have too much lag or stutter, but after that I until like 5k, if I steady throttle just to cruise, it start to rumble and go like on-off-on-off. Even if I go like at 75 80 kph.

I will try to put the original exhaust back in. But cannot stop think about the pair valves, because I feel that when I throttle a tiny fraction, like when I'm cruising with steady speed, and I start to hear that rumbling and stuttering, the pair valves are still open, they Don t close at that...

Well talking about the ixil sx1... today changed the gaskets as everyone told me. Like I suspected, the original ones were not replaced. However after change, the bike is still the same, it stutters a lot on low rpm and with little throttle input. Really don't understand this, as other users say...
