All 650Fs High and low beam wired together?

Hi guys, do you know if it's safe to wire low and high beam to light up together when turning on high beam?
I do a lot of night riding, and using only high or only low beam is not so good...

If it's safe to do that, do you know how?

Rather than messing with that I would suggest you just upgrade to an LED bulb. Much better light, longer lasting and no excessive current draw issues.

I heard LED bulbs were not so great... Can you recommend me one?

i'm pretty sure there are lots of opinions on this. I upgraded to an LED and love it. I am using the OPT7, once I fixed the poor solder joint on the board in the controller its been solid. Can't comment on other units as I have not used them.

These are the lights I"m using. I also got the DataDim controller so that I have high and low functionality. It's not a simple bulb replacement, but they provide more than enough light. I'm very happy with mine. They've been on the bike for about 6 months and have been flawless so far. A little on the expensive side, but worth every penny.
