So long story short there was a period of heavy rain where I live and I was still riding to work every day, headlight went out so I change the fuse it blew immediately upon turning on the Ignition. Check the 3 prong plug that attaches to the bold, trace the wire back and decided to replace the entire sub wire harness with hi lo switch assembly and trace wires looking for an obvious ground. Every single one of these failed to fix the problem. So I went back to the Internet and searched and one of The Times when I was trying I accidentally forgot to put the word headlight in my search so it just search for blowing fuses on a 650F which came up with a couple of threads about the regulator/rectifier. So apparently, this is a part that gets overheated fails all the time on many different Honda bikes because they use the same part for what I could tell nearly all of their bikes. Even after going down to tell my local mechanic the story of what happened he said that it is a common occurrence for this part to fail. So if any you are having problems like this where you are blowing chooses, battery not charging properly or what not you may want to look into your regulator rectifier
